Chiryoku

Calligraphy by Nao

Chiryoku is our principle of “strength through knowledge.” In Japanese kanji calligraphy, it’s made up of two characters — the first, chi, means knowledge and the second, ryoku means power. So, chiryoku is the power that comes from knowledge. Together, they mean intellectual power or intelligence.
