Welcome to our page!
To introduce ourselves, we are Emily (4th Dan) and Helen (4th Dan) and we have been training with BKJJA since 2005. We run sessions for children and adults from 4.15pm on Wednesdays in Whaley Bridge. We strongly believe it is important for children and adults to learn self defence, and in doing so improve their fitness, confidence, and self esteem.
