Atlantic Martial Arts MMA training session
Attendees from Atlantic Martial Arts club. Members of the Atlantic Martial Arts Club enjoyed four hours of MMA training with Sensei Lee at Irlam Boxing Club on Saturday, 18th February 2017. The session involved conditioning training, gi-less grappling and striking. Much fun was had by all who attended.
