Groundwork Seminar February
Due to the great feedback we got from the first groundwork course, I have asked Mike Wall to run a second course on Sat 22nd February.
The course will include:
Transition to the Ground
Mount control
Side mount control
Guard control
Straight Armlock
Triangle Choke
Kimura Armlock
Americana Armlock
Groundwork Sparing
Mike said he would also introduce Triangle Choke from the guard and Anaconda Choke.
This can be used as a refresher course for those attending the January seminar or if it’s your first time don’t worry it is designed for white to black belt learning.
The course will run from 14:00 – 16:00 and cost £15 per person
