BUSHI KEMPO JU JITSU ASSOCIATION will hold two boxing for ju jitsu courses for adults and older kids.
The first will be at Whaley Bridge dojo Saturday 27th of September 2 till 4 PM. £10 adults and £5 for older kids.
The second will be at Snyde Green School Stoke-on-Trent on a Sunday in November. Date TBC.
Equipment needed:
Pads and gloves as shown or similar (you could share as you will be working in pairs).
T shirt, track suit or gi bottoms and water.
Course will cover:
- Getting the pads working: Jab, cross, hook and uppercut, shoulder tap, bob and slip.
- Pads, gloves and throws.
- Building a combo.
